wolverineGulo gulo, largest land member of the weasel family (Mustelidae), found in Europe, Asia, and North America. It is stocky in build, and about 1 m/3.3 ft long. Its long, thick fur is dark brown on the back and belly and lighter on the sides. It covers food that it cannot eat with an unpleasant secretion. Destruction of habitat and trapping for its fur have greatly reduced its numbers. How to thank TFD for its existence?
