Zaide

Unfinished opera by Mozart (libretto in German, by J A Schachtner). Begun in 1779, it was first produced in Frankfurt on 27 January 1886. In the story, Sultan Soliman's favourite Zaide escapes with the prisoner Gomatz but they are recaptured.
